People that abuse others are masters of manipulation, and generally do not want their abusive behaviours displayed for all to see. The mask worn by these people ‘sucks you in’, they feel so right in the beginning!
At times accepting the truth of a situation is hard, we tend to procrastinate rather than accept something or someone, that we are uncomfortable with, but over time the weight becomes too heavy to bare and acceptance is all that’s left.
